Coping and Health in Tanzania (CHAT)

This study examines the significance of psychosocial adaptation, past and recent life experiences, demographic and economic characteristics, social support, medication regimen, cost of medication and health care characteristics, and HIV related beliefs in predicting current health status and health behaviours including sexual risk activity, health care utilization & use of & adherence to HIV medications. 1,200 Participants involved.
